Research Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities

– Use free and paid internet search tools to identify potential sellers

– Create AI images to add furniture to photos of empty rooms

– Manage the team’s administrative operations

– Take an 80 hour New York City online real estate training course

Preferred candidate profile

– Pursuing or completed (within the last two years) degree in a writing and research-intensive field (marketing, business, literature, political science)

– Extremely fine attention to detail

– Flexible availability in time-sensitive project situations

Timings:

– Monday through Friday, US business hours (8am-4pm EST, 9am-5pm EST, or 10am-6pm EST)

– You must be prepared to put in at least 40 hours per week
