Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions within the organization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define future-state processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to define and deliver solutions.
• Support solution testing, deployment, and project delivery activities.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, Microsoft technologies, and industry best practices.
• Create architecture documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
  
  Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in business requirement gathering sessions.
2. Design Dynamics 365 architecture and technical solutions.
3. Prepare detailed technical specifications in work tickets.
4. Guide developers and ensure correct solution implementation.
5. Work independently with minimal guidance.
6. Support solution design, integrations, testing and deployment activities.
