Responsbilities

• Experience in handling end to end Payroll.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ PTax/ LWF and TDS is required.
• Good command over advance excel.
• Managed CTC structuring, FBP reimbursements, and full & final settlements in line with company and legal standards.
• Handled employee payroll queries on salary, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Assist senior in smooth and efficient migration of new clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
• B. Com. degree from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in Indian Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliances.
• Strong understanding of Payroll Management Systems (PMS).
