Mediation Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop and configure Digital Route Mediation Zone (DRMZ) and associated mediation technologies.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and support end-to-end testing activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues within agreed timelines.
• Support deployments, releases and change-management activities.
• Provide operational and production support for mediation platform activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation documents and knowledge-transfer material.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on work-item priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to agreed project timelines and applicable SLAs/KPIs.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Digital Route Mediation Zone (DRMZ) or a comparable telecom mediation platform.
• Strong understanding of mediation workflows, data processing and integrations.
• Experience in development, configuration, testing, defect resolution and deployment support.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and follow structured change-management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Deliverables

• Development/configuration completed against approved work items.
• Testing evidence and defect-resolution updates.
• Operational and production support as assigned.
• Technical documentation and knowledge-transfer material.
• Monthly timesheet and status reporting, with prompt escalation of material dependencies, delays and delivery risks.

KPIs / Success Measures

• Delivery against mutually agreed work-item priorities and timelines.
• Quality of deliverables and adherence to project timelines and applicable SLAs/KPIs.
• Timely incident resolution and escalation of risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Compliance with agreed security, operational and remote-working requirements
