Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Support customers with flight booking inquiries, problems, cancellations, modifications, and other reservation-related requests.
2. Handle and maintain flight reservations across multiple platforms while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Communicate with customers professionally and effectively through written channels only.
4. Work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain availability six days a week
