Job Description


Job Requirements :

– Minimum of 5 years designing enterprise product experiences.

– An online portfolio demonstrating wide-ranging experiences.

– Professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles and techniques.

– Experience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to influence day-to-day design and research work.

– Ability to balance needs of concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Experience understanding the value of, collaborating with, and leveraging user experience research.

– Examples of AI tools usage to improve outcomes (i.e., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, internal ML models, RPA, Figma Make, etc.

– Ability to quantify AI impact (i.e., time saved, quality improvements, improved usability, revenue growth, reduced errors, faster delivery).

– Proficiency with approaches to AI usage (i.e., prompting strategies, data governance considerations, bias mitigation, evaluation/validation of outputs).

– Practice following relevant safeguards and compliance practices (security, privacy, IP protection).

Education :

– Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience

– Experience advocating for user experience in defining and prioritizing themes across UX and engineering teams

– Demonstrable experience with complex and modern web designs with the ability to create meaningful and delightful experiences
