Power Platform Developer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
– Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
– Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
– Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation.
– Build reusable Power Platform solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
– Leverage AI Builder and Copilot capabilities to enhance applications, automation, and business processes.
– Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making.
– Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other Microsoft services.
– Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support for Power Platform solutions.
– Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
– Follow Power Platform development, security, governance, and environment management best practices.
– Prepare technical documentation and provide support and knowledge transfer to users and team members.
Requirements :
– 5 – 10 years of overall IT experience, with 2 – 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
– Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps development.
– Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and desktop flow development.
– Hands-on experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
– Good hands-on experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development.
– Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs, databases, Microsoft services, and enterprise applications.
– Good understanding of automation, workflow design, application development, and business process optimization.
– Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
