Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create and review gamebased reasoning tasks designed to evaluate AI systems.

Analyze boardgame scenarios, strategic decision trees, and rulebased systems for dataset development.

Evaluate AIgenerated responses for correctness, consistency, and reasoning quality.

Develop prompts, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines for boardgame and strategyfocused tasks.

Identify logical errors, rule violations, and flawed reasoning in AI outputs and contribute to benchmark creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, cognitive science, game design, philosophy, economics, or a related analytical field.

Minimum two years of professional or semiprofessional experience in boardgame design, playtesting, tabletop game communities, or related strategyfocused environments.

Strong understanding of logic, probabilistic reasoning, game mechanics, and complex rule systems.

Background in game theory, behavioral economics, decision science, or formal logic.

Excellent written communication skills for documenting evaluation results and guidelines.
