Responsibilities

Technical and Professional Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing and implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
2. Driving requirements gathering for Account Reconciliation processes.
3. Preparing Functional Specifications Document and walking through the same with relevant stakeholders for sign-off.
4. Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
5. Proficiency in Account Reconciliation processes.
6. Excellent capability around writing SQL queries and custom reconciliation reporting.
7. Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration will be beneficial.
8. Knowledge and experience working with a consolidation tool is a plus

Additional Requirements:

1. 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation of Oracle ARCS/ARM.
2. Over 10 years of experience in EPM.
3. Client co-ordination and driving discussions for design signoffs.
4. Ability to handle and respond to multiple stakeholders and queries.
5. Mentoring the development team around complex situations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Well versed in oral and written communication.
8. Good documentation and presentation skills.
