IT Security Analyst – Identity & Access Management

Job Description

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, controls, and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of application access management, IAM governance, access reviews, security controls, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

– Work with business partners and IAM teams globally to implement effective information technology processes and controls.

– Deliver IAM services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance Level Agreements (PLAs).

– Support IAM functions including Change Management, Operations Support, Access Reviews, Application Access Management, and IAM Tooling & Support.

– Follow established security processes and procedures to identify and respond to threats and incidents.

– Escalate security incidents to Subject Matter Experts based on severity and potential business impact.

– Execute activities to ensure end-to-end assurance of security controls and governance processes.

– Monitor and assess the effectiveness of IAM operational approaches and tools.

– Maintain adherence to risk management and control frameworks.

Tech Stack & Skills :

– Identity & Access Management (IAM), User Access Management, Access Governance, Security Operations, Security Incident Response.

– Risk Assessment, Control Frameworks, Compliance & Audit Support.

– Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Management, Cross-functional Collaboration.

– Exposure to tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or RSA is a plus.

Qualifications :

– 5+ years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management and Information Security.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

– Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
