As AI fundamentally reshapes how ideas are conceived, developed, and experienced, we are looking for an exceptional AI-Native Software Engineer to help us invent the next generation of creative tools, intelligent workflows, digital experiences, and AI-powered products.

This is a hands-on role for a versatile builder who combines strong software engineering expertise with a passion for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

You will work directly with leadership, creatives, designers, and strategists to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain, support, and enhance the functionality of our existing software platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop iOS applications, Web applications and REST APIs.
  • Design and develop AI-powered tools, and services.
  • Build intelligent workflows, agentic systems, and automation platforms.
  • Integrate large language models, multimodal AI, image processing, and video technologies into production solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable cloud-based architectures on Microsoft Azure.
  • Create APIs and backend services that power creative and operational workflows.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype new concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Help define and implement the company’s long-term AI strategy.

  • API REST development and systems integration
  • Modern AI and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, OpenCLIP, DeepFace))
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms

AI Expertise

  • Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
  • Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows
  • Vector databases and embeddings
  • AI model integration and deployment
  • Rapid prototyping and experimentation with emerging AI technologies

Desirable Skills
