Job Description

The problems have real depth to them. Credit mechanics that have to be exactly right, regulatory obligations that shape what is possible to build, and technology that spans blockchain infrastructure and traditional financial rails. These are problems that reward digging in. The people who do well here get curious about how something actually functions, keep pulling at it until they understand it, and then find a smarter way through.

You will start with one or two product areas and grow from there.

Focus Areas

  • Work with the product lead on what we are building and why, then take it into something buildable: the problem defined, the edge cases worked out, the commercial, legal and regulatory input turned into requirements engineers can act on.
  • Run the working relationship with engineering. Refinement, sequencing, the meetings that keep delivery moving, and the daily back and forth that turns a specification into a release.
  • Make the day-to-day product calls, and record the reasoning behind them.
  • Become one of the people who can explain our products properly, including on calls and in shared channels with the partner teams who build on our platform.
  • Bring judgement about the customer experience. We build for retail customers, and someone needs to spot when a flow will make sense to them and when it needs another pass.
  • Define success metrics and interrogate the data yourself to find friction and evidence for what to change next.

You will do well here if you like getting to the bottom of a complicated problem and turning it into something that ships.

Skills

  • Around 3 to 5 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst on technically complex products or platforms. We care about what you have shipped and the calls you have made.
  • Strong product instincts. We build for retail customers, and you can tell when a flow will land with a real person and when it needs more work.
  • Able to write and run your own SQL, and comfortable reasoning about how data is structured.
  • A clear communicator on the page and in the room. Most of our decisions live in specifications and documents, and you can explain product behaviour to a partner’s team in plain language, on your own.
  • We will teach you how crypto lending works. Bring a head for numbers and an appetite for the detail. Experience in financial services, payments, lending or another regulated environment is an advantage.
  • A technical background is a bonus, and time spent as a developer before moving into product is a real plus.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools, and a point of view on where they genuinely change how product work gets done.
