About You: 

To be successful in this role you will bring the following:

• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and collaborating closely with business users to ensure the right problem is being solved.
• Focus on Human-Centered Design: A genuine interest in building applications that are intuitive and effective for the end-user.
• Appian Experience: 2+ years’ experience developing and maintaining applications.
• Database Fundamentals: Exposure to database design and development (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB).
• Continuous Learning: Mindset and proven ability to continuously learn (and rapidly apply) new technology methods and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Delivery: Experience within an agile business and project delivery

Desirable

• Experience in healthcare related environment
• Experience with industry standard tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with automated testing systems
• Experience with automated CI/CD deployment processes
