Job Description

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with our Head of Creative to lead redesign/transformation into a premier sports, culture, and entertainment app across social, partnerships, paid media, CRM, email, and product.
• Lead day-to-day graphic design from end to end, taking projects from brief through delivery, with consistent, best-in-class quality.
• While this is primarily a hands-on role, you’ll also provide design direction and critique to our agency partners and design contractors.
• Collaborate daily with marketing stakeholders to ensure creative performance.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Product Design team to ensure that Brand and Product have a consistent and premium look.

Qualifications

• Based in the US or Canada
• 7+ years of agency and/or in-house design experience.
• Significant, relevant experience in one or more of the following verticals: online gaming, sports betting, prediction markets, sports, digital collectibles, apps, tech
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates excellence in the above, showcasing elite typography, layout, color theory, and system-level thinking
• An absolute love of the craft and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Google Slides, and project management tools.
• Enthusiasm for every part of the job: From everyday paid media assets to scrappy, culturally-tuned UGC-style work to fully-produced campaigns.
• Passion for start-up culture and everything that comes with it. Startups are incredibly rewarding, but they’re also hard. You have to love the process.
• Comfort using AI tools and when to apply them. You constantly look for ways to move faster, without compromising the work.
• Instinctive and extensive knowledge of internet culture and trends
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and be proactive.
