The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Officer to provide onsite support across schools in Melbourne’s North Western Suburbs. In this hands-on role you’ll support students and staff, keeping day-to-day IT systems and infrastructure running smoothly.Why You’ll Love It

About You

This role suits someone early in their IT career with solid fundamentals and a genuine interest in helping people. You’ll bring:

• At least 1 year of IT support experience (helpdesk, field support, or similar)
• Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills — desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Completed or currently completing a Certificate III or IV in IT (or equivalent)
