Responsibilities

Role Description The Representative role at Synapse Sdn. Bhd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirunelveli. In this role, the Representative interacts with customers and stakeholders, responds to inquiries, and provides accurate information about the company’s products or services. The Representative handles day-to-day tasks such as maintaining customer records, following up on requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic reports, and supporting operational processes as needed. The Representative is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, uphold company standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English and local languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and customer-focused service orientation.
• Basic organizational and administrative skills, such as record-keeping, time management, and follow-up.
• Comfort with using computers, email, and standard office software; willingness to learn new systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve common customer issues.
• Ability to work on-site in Tirunelveli and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front-office roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education is an added benefit.
