Customer Delight Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site audits by taking accurate measurements, assessing installation feasibility, and documenting site conditions.
2. Visit customer sites to understand their requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
3. Recommend suitable wallpapers, wooden flooring, wall panels, and other interior products.
4. Build customer trust and convert site visits into confirmed orders.
5. Coordinate with the sales, design, site audit, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, measurements, photographs, and site visit reports.

Other requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer success, interior sales, retail, real estate, or home improvement.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Comfortable recommending products and converting conversations into sales.

4. Ability to take accurate site measurements and understand basic installation requirements.

5. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

6. High ownership, punctuality, and willingness to spend most of the day in the field.
