Assistant Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings.
3. Generate and qualify sales leads and pass them to the sales team.
4. Maintain customer databases and update call records in CRM or Excel.
5. Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.
6. Assist in monitoring telemarketing performance and daily calling targets.
7. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
8. Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
