Sales Manager

Job Description

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts and sales associated and building long‑term partnerships. This role blends account management with new sales management from start to finish.

You’ll also nurture existing relationships to maximise account value and service.

Reporting to the BDM Manager and GM, your main responsibilities will be:

• Handling ongoing enquiries and delivering exceptional service to exciting and new customers.

• Manage customer service and sales to ensure all enquiries, orders and account requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Preparing, delivering and following up on quotes, special orders and pricing. This will include layout designs and recommendations.
• Expanding sales within existing accounts.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations.
• Managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery
• Developing and executing sales strategies in consultation with the CEO to and BDM Manager

About You:

This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally driven, has strong communication and people skills and a self‑starter who’s comfortable working independently and keeping momentum without constant direction. Someone organised, motivated and confident managing a busy workload.

• 2+ years in sales management or account management — Hospitality industry would be a advantage.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver value for both customers and the business.
• Excellent time‑management and self‑organisation.
• Motivated. Committed to achieving and maintaining a high level of accountability.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
