Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct comprehensive user research, including ethnographic studies, surveys, and competitive analyses, to extract deep user insights, uncover latent pain points, and define behavioral patterns.

Strategically design end-to-end digital experiences, including wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs for both web and mobile platforms.

Architect user flows, journey maps, and complex information hierarchies to optimize usability and enhance user engagement across products.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring design feasibility, scalability, and alignment with strategic business objectives.

Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides, driving consistency across multiple products and platforms.

Lead usability testing and heuristic evaluations, synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback, and iterate designs rapidly to meet user and business needs.

Champion accessible, inclusive, and responsive design principles, ensuring seamless experiences across devices, platforms, and user demographics.

Advocate for design thinking within the organization, presenting research findings, rationale, and trade-offs to influence product strategy and decision-making.

Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, creativity, and user-centric problem-solving.

What would you need?

Experience: 5+ years designing complex, end-to-end digital products with demonstrable impact.

Design Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer, Axure).

UX Knowledge: Expertise in user-centered design (UCD), usability heuristics, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and design thinking methodologies.

Technical Familiarity: Basic front-end coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of design implementation constraints in modern tech stacks.

Collaboration & Leadership: Exceptional communicator with experience influencing cross-functional teams and guiding stakeholders through complex design decisions.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated design processes, strategic thinking, measurable impact, and scalable design solutions.
