Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of complex technical projects related to payment enablement, API integration, product rollout, and system enhancements.
• Liaise with internal teams (product, dev, infra, compliance, fraud, support) and external partners to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and break them into sprints or milestones.
• Identify risks, manage change control, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
• Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer for every rollout.
• Serve as a thought partner to product and tech leadership on system architecture and platform scalability.
• Manage stakeholder communication and conduct regular status updates with leadership and external parties.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical project management, product delivery, system implementation, or technology-driven project execution.
• At least 3 years of experience in a lead project management role, managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation review.
• Experience in the gaming, fintech, digital commerce, payment, merchant acquiring, or technology platform industry is highly preferred.
• Project Management experience and certification are an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, data protection, cybersecurity, or security compliance requirements.
• Experience working with merchants, resellers, payment providers, game publishers, KYC systems, fraud detection tools, or transaction monitoring platforms.
• Experience supporting implementation of emerging technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, fraud detection, chatbot, reporting, or productivity improvement initiatives, would be an added advantage.
• Experience managing regional or multi-market technology projects would be an added advantage.
• Experience working in a high-volume transaction environment, digital platform business, or online payment ecosystem would be an added advantage
