Job Description
Responsibilities
- GBS Program Oversight Lead execution of GBS incentive and funding programs, ensuring alignment with government priorities and organizational strategy
- Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with dtic, DEDAT officials, provincial departments, and industry partners to build confidence and secure approvals
- Application Management Oversee preparation and submission of funding applications, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria and deadlines
- Manage reporting and site visits
- Financial Stewardship Monitor incentive payouts, matched funding obligations, and ROI metrics to optimize program value
- Team Leadership Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery of job creation targets
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, compliance, or government-funded initiatives
- Proven track record in stakeholder management with senior government and industry officials.
- Strong knowledge of GBS sector dynamics, incentive schemes, and B-BBEE compliance
- Expertise in risk management, audits, and reporting frameworks
