Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential influencers and content creators relevant to our brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Assist in building and maintaining an influencer database, tracking outreach status and engagement
- Draft outreach messages and help manage communication with influencers and creators
- Support the coordination of influencer collaborations, campaigns, and content approvals
- Track and report on influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the content and social media team to align influencer content with brand messaging
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to campaign coordination
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled college student (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
- Genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube from a professional/brand standpoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach threads at once
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience with influencer outreach or social media management is a plus, but not required
