Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1+ (ideally 3+) years producing social content (organic and paid) at an agency, brand or studio, with a portfolio to prove it
- Strong hands-on design and short-form video: Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or After Effects) and/or Figma, CapCut, Davinci or equivalent
- Demonstrable Meta Ads creative experience: you’ve made ads that ran, and you understand placements, ratios, creative testing and rotation
- Native fluency in Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn formats and what performs on each
- Working use of AI creative tools (image and video generation, voice) in a real production workflow
- Strong written English for captions and short-form copy
- Comfortable with social scheduling tools and task management (we use ClickUp)
Strong preference:
- Motion graphics and template systems (After Effects, Canva Pro at scale)
- Direct experience owning a brand’s social look across multiple clients simultaneously
- Comfort setting up and monitoring Meta ad sets, not just supplying the creative
- Basic understanding of AHPRA-style compliance for regulated industries (we’ll train the specifics)
Nice to have:
- Photography or on-camera direction
- Email/EDM design (MailerLite or similar)
- Ecommerce promotional creative (banners, sale assets, landing-page visuals)
How the Role Works
You report to a Senior Growth Strategist for direction on paid and organic priorities and what to test. A Project Manager handles task prioritisation and deadlines. You’ll set the creative direction for social and hand production overflow to our designer and video editor, so you scale rather than bottleneck.
You won’t deal with clients directly. But your work is the thing clients see every day, so quality is the standard, always.
