Job Description

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Strategy & Consulting
• Assess organizational security posture considering AI-driven threats and attack vectors.
• Define security architectures, policies, and controls aligned with evolving AI usage.
• Advise leadership on AI risks, governance, and compliance.
• Support security audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• AI & Emerging Threats
• Analyze threats arising from Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents.

Design mitigation strategies for:

• Prompt injection & jailbreak attacks
• Model poisoning & data leakage
• Deepfake & social engineering attacks
• Automated vulnerability discovery & exploitation
• Define secure AI usage guidelines for developers and business teams.

Security Engineering & Operations

• Design and review network, application, cloud, and data security controls.
• Guide implementation of Zero Trust Architecture.
• Strengthen IAM, PAM, encryption, secrets management, and key management.
• Enhance SOC, SIEM, SOAR capabilities using AI-assisted tools.

Cloud & Application Security

• Secure workloads across AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Review CI/CD pipelines for security risks including AI-generated code.
• Define secure SDLC practices incorporating AI-assisted development.
• Conduct threat modeling, secure code reviews, and vulnerability assessments.

Incident Response & Risk Management

• Lead or support incident response for cyber and AI-related security events.
• Develop playbooks for AI-enabled attacks and insider threats.
• Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and security simulations.

Enablement & Advisory

• Conduct security awareness sessions on AI risks for engineering and business teams.
• Provide client-facing consulting, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Mentor security teams on emerging tools and techniques.

Required Skills

Core Cybersecurity Skills

• Strong expertise in application, network, cloud, and data security
• Experience with IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, SOC operations
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices

AI & Security Knowledge

• Understanding of GenAI / LLM architectures and usage patterns
• Knowledge of AI-specific security risks and controls
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered security tools
• Ability to define governance and guardrails for enterprise AI adoption

Compliance & Frameworks

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC2, GDPR
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF – good to have)

Cloud & Tools

• AWS / Azure / GCP security services
• Security tools such as SAST, DAST, CASB, CSPM, CNAPP
• Threat modeling frameworks (STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK)

Nice to Have

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, etc.)
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles
• Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps security
• Knowledge of data privacy in AI systems

• Ability to communicate complex risks in business-friendly language
• Comfortable working with C-level and technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset toward emerging threats
