Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and convert new business opportunities within premium hotels, fine-dining restaurants, QSR chains, and corporate caterers.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain and scale relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, and Procurement Heads to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute monthly and quarterly sales targets through aggressive field visits, product demonstrations, and sampling sessions.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage the credit cycle effectively for assigned accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 37 years of sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality industries.
  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
