Technical Visual Reasoning Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of engineering documentation and technical artifacts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, layouts, CAD models, blueprints, P&IDs, and system diagrams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop structured, step-by-step solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Experience analyzing real-world engineering systems and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with simulation, modeling, verification, validation, or system design.
• Ability to translate technical artifacts into realistic problem-solving scenarios.
• Experience creating technical assessments, educational content, or engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with AI data annotation, benchmark development, model evaluation, or multimodal AI systems.
• Knowledge of industry-standard engineering tools and documentation practices.
