Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Generate qualified leads for Financial and Accounting Outsourcing services in the US market
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling (40+ cold calls daily), LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Generate 50 qualified prospects per week
  • Schedule meetings and demos with decision-makers
  • Present FAO service offerings including bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, tax support, and Virtual CFO services
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales presentations
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and sales forecasting
  • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B inside sales for US market
  • Understanding of FAO / Accounting outsourcing business
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation and client engagement skills
  • Strong target-driven or Hunter sales mindset
