Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on biomedical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions for their medical device requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory management, and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of medical devices, equipment, and technology.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
