Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design advanced computer science problems to evaluate AI reasoning across algorithms, systems design, cybersecurity, databases, networks, and other CS domains.
• Develop step-by-step reference solutions with rigorous logic and clear explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, reasoning quality, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify flaws, edge cases, and reasoning gaps in AI outputs.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and improve model evaluation standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• PhD (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and research background is acceptable.
• Strong computer science reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.
• Ability to design challenging conceptual problems that assess deep understanding.
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail in evaluating assumptions, definitions, edge cases, and solution validity.
