Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry.
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
  • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
  • Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
  • Manage the transaction process endtoend in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures
  • Responsible for the individual/ teamP&L

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of goodrelationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
