Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop agents/advisors.
• Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, agency/channel management, or team leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
