Job Description
Responsibilities
- 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce, lead generation, and marketing automation, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Lightning (minimum 3 years) : lead/contact management, reporting, creating dashboards, and campaign setup.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing operations and sales processes is desired.
- Additional Expectations:
- Serve as a first-level QA for marketing campaigns and database tasks.
- Maintain regular communication with global stakeholders in marketing and sales.
- Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across functions.
