Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation.

Create and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns.

Generate qualified leads for free webinars, workshops and educational programs.

Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality.

Build and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.

Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages and ad copies.

Track campaign performance and submit weekly performance reports.

Continuously test new acquisition strategies and scaling opportunities.

Ensure campaigns comply with platform advertising policies.
