Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and platform automation.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM applications to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain an accurate CMDB aligned with CSDM and Data Foundation best practices.
• Develop and enhance solutions for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, Workflows, and IntegrationHub solutions.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform platform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, documentation, and release management activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
