Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Work with LLMs, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Master’s degree or relevant AI certifications are a plus.
