Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs following a layered architecture: Controllers, Services, Data Stores, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
• Build and maintain Azure Functions for event-driven and scheduled workloads (Service Bus triggers, CRON timers, HTTP triggers).
• Integrate and maintain third-party delivery platform APIs including DoorDash and CardFree: menu sync, order injection, stockout management, and webhook handling.
• Develop and maintain the management portal built on Angular/TypeScript using NgRx, RxJS, and Auth OIDC authentication.
• Contribute to the React/TypeScript POS App including offline localStorage resilience and hardware integration via Electron IPC.
• Deploy and manage Azure resources including App Service, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Blob Storage via Bitbucket Pipelines and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests; enforce code quality standards through peer review and mentorship.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize SQL query performance, and drive resolution of technical debt across the full stack.
• Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge-sharing across the onshore/offshore team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a strong focus on C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and schema design.
• Understanding of pub-sub architectures, asynchronous request patterns using Azure Service Bus
• Understanding of response optimization strategies and caching including Redis
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and Angular (preferred).
• Proficiency in Angular and/or, React, and TypeScript. familiarity with Electron desktop app development is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket Pipelines, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Dapper, AutoMapper, FluentValidation, and Azure Application Insights.
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure App Service and Function Apps).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum SDLC in cross-functional onshore/offshore team environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with restaurant POS, hospitality, or retail technology platforms.
• Familiarity with UberEats, Swiggy, DoorDash Drive API, CardFree, or similar food delivery / online ordering integration platforms.
• Experience with payment processing, EMV card terminal integration, or Store and Forward (SAF) transaction handling.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage for file storage and automated installer/asset distribution workflows.
• Microsoft Azure certifications or contributions to open-source projects and blogs are a plus.
