Responsibilities

• Hands-on AI development: Build and deploy LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
• Python coding: Write efficient, production-ready code; pass Carrot assessment.
• Use case implementation: Support AI projects across HR, finance, risk, and compliance from POC to production.
• Operational collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Problem-solving: Address real-world challenges, ensuring solutions are practical and not just theoretical.
• Hybrid/remote work: Flexibility to work from Hyderabad or Pune, with remote options available.
• Continuous learning: Stay updated with evolving AI frameworks, tools, and enterprise applications.

Candidate Background Required

• Core Skills:
  • Python (mandatory, tested via Carrot assessment).
  • Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Agentic workflow systems and RAG systems.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years overall experience.
  • At least 12 years hands-on with AI-specific skills.
