Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for Pharma and Healthcare positions.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–6 months of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 11,000 per month
