Consultant – Sales

Job Description

Responsibilities

– Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present products/services.

– Answer queries, provide accurate information, and build trust with prospects.-

– Identify customer needs, arrange conference calls and schedule fixed meetings.

– Pass qualified leads to the sales team and support in deal closures.

– Maintain updated and accurate customer records in CRM systems.

– Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.

– Work towards achieving monthly KRAs (Calls, Meetings, Revenue).

– Submit timely reports on activities and results.

Desired Background

– Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.

– Proven record of meeting sales targets or performance benchmarks.

– Proficiency in using phone systems, CRMs, and basic computer applications.
