Service Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform conveyor installation and gantry automation tasks as required.
• Ensure proper functioning of robotic systems by troubleshooting issues and resolving problems promptly.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support for system integration.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues related to robots.
• Conduct site visits to install, commission, and maintain robotic systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3-7 years of experience in field service engineering with expertise in robotics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts including PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic).
