Are you passionate about creating meaningful customer moments in the wellness and beauty space? We’re looking for an Email & CRM Specialist who loves bringing campaigns to life, connecting with customers, and helping them feel inspired and cared for.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Loyalty Program and driving engaging lifecycle campaigns — blending creativity, insight, and a hands-on approach within a supportive eCommerce team. What you’ll do
- Plan, build, and deliver CRM campaigns that bring our brand and products to life.
- Support and grow our Loyalty Program to reward and retain our customers.
- Design and implement automated journeys that inspire and connect with our audience.
Collaborate closely with design, content, and eCommerce teams to ensure beautiful, on-brand delivery. - Use insights and performance data to continuously refine and optimize campaigns.
- Maintain data accuracy and champion CRM best practices.
- Keep campaigns running smoothly with an organized CRM calendar. What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
- A strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- A creative eye, customer-first mindset, and collaborative spirit.
