About the role:

Working at e-Pocket, you’ll deliver effective and clear communication to clients and other internal team members. You’ll be the first point of contact and answer all general enquiries and provide an array of troubleshooting support.

More specifically the role entails:

  • Answering phone calls, emails and live chats from clients and potential customers.
  • Resolving problems, troubleshooting errors, and raising and following up on any issues you aren’t able to solve then and there.
  • Supporting the Operations team by completing a range of administrative tasks, records management, and data entry.
  • Assisting with compliance related tasks
  • Assisting with preparing regular reports on client’s tickets.

You’ll need:

A switched-on mind and a can-do attitude. You have can deliver strong results and you’re a self-starter that loves working with a dynamic and driven team. You are proactive, highly organised, a fans first champion and a pro at supporting diverse accounts.

You will also need experience in:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Unmatched attention to detail and ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
  • A proven ability to interact and engage with others in a respectful manner that leads to successful outcomes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
