Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to institutional crypto trading and a clear path toward senior sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential OTC clients across assigned regions and channels
  • Conduct initial discovery to understand client background, trading needs, and settlement preferences
  • Prepare structured client profiles and support onboarding readiness
  • Coordinate handovers and support Institutional Sales throughout early-stage engagements
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression from lead to active client

Requirement

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, fintech, payments, or crypto
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable speaking with professional and institutional clients
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to grow in the institutional crypto space
