Job Description

A Day in the Life

• Support Product Designers by delivering high-quality UI components and screens within established design systems and patterns.
• Apply and adapt brand guidelines across multiple brands, ensuring consistency in visual execution.
• Develop capability in applying design systems, motion, and AI tools through hands-on delivery and feedback.
• Build familiarity with product design workflows, including design critiques, sprint rituals, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain reusable asset libraries, templates, and motion patterns to enable efficient production at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Design Systems, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver assets on time and to standard.

Your Strengths 

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience working within design systems and component-based design environments.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs across brands and channels simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver production-ready assets at pace.
