Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers, including business owners, directors, operations managers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client technology challenges and business goals.
  • Present managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, backup, and IT consulting solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Attend networking events, business forums, and industry events when required.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling IT services, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or other technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
