IT Systems Support Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Systems Support Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, cyber security, and delivering high-quality IT support in a modern cloud-first environment. You will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of CleanPeak Energy’s corporate IT environment, playing a key role in supporting and securing our corporate technology environment. The role focuses primarily on Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management, cyber security, compliance, and user support. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across corporate applications, endpoints, cloud platforms, and workplace technology services. 
• Support day-to-day corporate IT operations including meeting room technology, conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment, printers, and general workplace technology services. 
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Support cyber security initiatives including Essential Eight implementation, endpoint protection, identity security, and security hardening.  
• Participate in cyber security and compliance initiatives aligned to Essential Eight, AESCSF, and ISO 27001 frameworks.  
• Support identity and access management, including MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access controls.  
• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, procedures, standards, and security records.  
• Provision, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.  

About You 

You are a motivated IT professional who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and helping people. You are security-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing your technical capabilities in a modern Microsoft cloud environment. 

You will bring: 

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business Information Systems, or a related field.  
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Windows endpoints.  
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and application deployment.  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and cloud identity concepts.  
• Understanding of cyber security principles and frameworks such as Essential Eight, AESCSF, and ISO 27001.  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to research solutions independently and experience supporting hardware, remote users, and general desktop environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
