Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
• Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team.
• Support sales team with follow from leads in our portal.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements:
• 2 – 4+ years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
• Excellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
• Experience in public speaking (as an advantage).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and the South India region for business needs.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field (preferred).
