Job Description
Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain real estate projects and answer customer queries.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Update lead details and follow-up status in CRM.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
• Attend Zoom meetings, training sessions, and reporting activities.
• Remain available during working hours; daily check-in and check-out will be monitored through Zoom.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Service.
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
• Personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.
• Android smartphone required.
• Comfortable working remotely through Zoom.
