Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering and Construction
  • Position Title: Customer Support Officer
  • Working Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Shift Rotation: Morning Shift 7:00am–4:00pm; Afternoon Shift 1:30pm–10:30pm; Night Shift 10:15pm–7:15am)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,300 + Night Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Contract Role (Opportunity for Permanent Conversion)

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers on work schedules, service requests, and related activities.
  • Coordinate with operations coordinators on work schedules, manpower planning, and job arrangements.
  • Answer and record incoming requests from customers.
  • Share work requests with the operations team for follow-up.
  • Update work orders and schedules accurately.
  • Prepare call record summaries, including subcontractor work requests.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are issued and returned in good working condition.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records.
